establish and create the Consent Decree enterprise structure, schedule
template, Projects Schedule Baseline, users profiles of the Consent Decree
Project, Established P6 training for the stakeholders, and supervised the
transition procedures into the new P6 environment. Ø Developed Enterprise Structure, schedule general template, baseline
